Chutney is something which scintillates the taste buds with it’s tangy and spicy flavours. A spoon of it in your favourite sandwich , a spoon of it on your rice and curry dish or with your favourite tikka; this dip does not disappoints.
Although there are many different versions and many different ingredients and herbs used in different versions of your beloved Green Chutney, this one is my version for Coriander chutney.

What you need? (Ingredients)
300 grams Fresh Coriander Leaves Cleaned and Chopped.
3-4 Green Chillies
1 tbsp of Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp of Black Salt
1/2 tsp of Salt
Water to blend
1/2 Cup of Yogurt (Optional)
- Soak and Clean the chopped Coriander leaves.
- In a blender, add Coriander leaves, Green chillies, black salt, salt, lime juice and a 1-2 Tbsp of water and blend.
- Pour it in a bowl , add and mix yogurt to cut through the heat.
Tip : Add 1/2 inch of ginger and 1-2 cloves of garlic for extra flavours.
